Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. within 30 days of invoice date.  Refund will be minus shipping and handling charges. 
Customer responsible for return shipping and postage. 
If the error is ours all fees are waived.

OPEN AND INSPECT ALL PACKAGES UPON ARRIVAL.

Damages:

If any of your merchandise arrives damaged email me immediately.  Please be sure to include your phone number.  I will respond via the email or phone with the corrective action to be taken.  You may be asked to provide photos.

Products that arrive damaged, please open and inspect your packages and using your instruction sheet enclosed in the box, look for any missing or damaged parts.  Please notify us with 15 days of receipt.  Photographs may be required to process a claim with the shipping provider.  Please use the Contact Us form for email information.
