EZ-Off predator pole guards are designed to be removable. This is important because the higher you can place a predator guard the more effective it will be. Open the guard then pull the safety pin, remove the guard. You can than lower your hub section to a comfortable viewing area.

EZ3 PIN Version Predator Pole Guard for 3"square poles (#EZ3-P)

This EZ OFF hangs from your safety pin that was supplied to you when you purchased your gourd rack. If you lost your pin, you can get a replacement here. The pole guard is removable, simply open the guard by unlocking the keyhole at the bottom, open the latch then pull the safety pin and set it aside.
